New York Knicks point guard Stephon Marbury has been suspended for one game and fined nearly $400,000. The point guard allegedly refused to enter play in the Knicks loss to the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday and has been suspended by the team for tonight's matchup at home to the Golden State Warriors.
Marbury, who is in the final year of his $20m contract, has yet to play this season and on Friday he told the New York Post he wants to "separate from the relationship" with the Knicks.
